شرکت آپاکو در سال 1386 به همت گروهی از اساتید دانشگاه در گروه مهندسی عمران با بیش از 10 سال سوابق تحقیقاتی و طراحی و اجرایی موسسین شرکت و با شماره ثبت 21534 تأسیس گردید و در بخش مشاوره، طراحی و اجرای پروژه های خاص اقدام به فعالیت نمود.

آغاز عملیات اجرایی پروژه قطار سریع‌السیر برقی مشهد ـ تهران

عملیات اجرایی پروژه قطار سریع‌السیر برقی مشهد ـ تهران ‌ بعدازظهر دوازدهم فروردین با حضور وزیر راه و شهرسازیف استاندار خراسان رضوی، مدیرعامل راه آهن کشور و جمعی از مسئولین کشوری و استانی در ایستگاه راه آهن فریمان آغاز شد.

'علی نیکزاد' عصر چهارشنبه در گفت و گو با خبرنگاران در مشهد افزود: اجرای این دو پروژه منافاتی با یکدیگر ندارد لذا با توجه به اهمیت و گنجایش مسافری مشهد هر دو پروژه پیگیری و اجرا می شوند.

وی اظهار داشت: اجرای قطار سریع السیر مشهد _ تهران با سرعت 350 کیلومتر در ساعت از شروط اولیه اجرای پروژه برقی کردن قطار مسیر مشهد _ تهران است لذا در این زمینه با سرمایه گذار در خصوص توجیه اقتصادی آن مذاکراتی شده است.

وی با بیان اینکه درب وزارت راه و شهرسازی به روی تمام سرمایه‌گذاران باز است، خطر نشان کرد: پروژه برقی‌کردن راه آهن مشهد - تهران ظرف دو سال فاز اول آن به اتمام می‌رسد و در عرض این دو سال چهار هزار و 100 میلیارد تومان برای این پروژه هزینه می‌شود.

وزیر راه و شهرسازی گفت: عملیات قطار برقی مسیر مشهد _ تهران ظرف دو سال به انجام می رسد و تحریمها نیز در این فناوری و اجرای آن تاثیری ندارد زیرا قادر به انجام کار بطور 100 درصد در داخل هستیم .

محمود صلاحی استاندار خراسان رضوی نیز در این مراسم اظهار داشت: حمل و نقل ریلی مطمئن ترین و مقرون به صرفه ترین شیوه حمل و نقل محسوب می شود.
وی افزود: با توجه به وجود بارگاه منور علی بن موسی الرضا(ع) و تردد بیش از 25 میلیون زائر در سال، اجرای این پروژه از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است.
صلاحی با اشاره به کاهش مصرف انرژی پس از اجرای قانون هدفمندسازی یارانه ها گفت: این امر تاثیر قابل توجهی در تامین مصرف برق قطارها دارد.
عبدالعلی صاحب محمدی مدیرعامل راه آهن کشور نیز در این مراسم از اجرای این پروژه به عنوان نخستین پروژه BOT در راه آهن جمهوری اسلامی ایران یاد کرد و گفت: این پروژه دارای 12طرح اساسی همچون اصلاح و ارتقای خطوط ریلی، احداث شبکه بالاسری برق، سیگنالینگ، تامین قطارهای خودکششی و قطارهای مسافربری می باشد.
وی افزود: اولین تجربه واگذاری کامل تعمیر و نگهداری زیرساخت و ناوگان ریلی یک محور و واگذاری کامل بهره برداری یک محور ریلی به بخش خصوصی از دستاوردهای این پروژه برای صنعت ریلی کشور است.
صاحب محمدی تصریح کرد: اهداف کیفی راه آهن برقی استفاده از منابع متنوع تولید انرژی، کاهش آلودگی صوتی، کاهش تلفات جاده ای، عدم نیاز به موتورهای سنگین دیزلی، عدم افت توان کشنده برقی در ارتفاعات و نوسانات دما و کاهش تاخیر قطارها یاد کرد.
وی اهداف کمی راه آهن برقی را افزایش ظرفیت حمل و نقل بار و مسافر، کاهش مصرف سوخت های فسیلی، افزایش سرعت متوسط قطارها، کاهش هزینه های بهره برداری، تعمیر و نگهداری و کاهش تعداد لکوموتیو مورد نیاز ذکر کرد.
وی گفت: با بهره برداری از این قطار، مصرف سوخت 85 درصد و هزینه تامین و نگهداری 65 درصد کاهش خواهد یافت.
سردار علیزاده جانشین فرمانده قرارگاه خاتم الاوصیاء(عج) گفت: سرمایه پذیر این پروژه راه آهن جمهوری اسلامی ایران و سرمایه گذار آن قرارگاه سازندگی خاتم الاوصیاء(عج) و دوره ساخت 24 ماهه، دوره بهره برداری 39 ساله، چهار هزار و یکصد میلیارد تومان سرمایه گذاری در این بخش صورت گرفته که هزار و 300 میلیارد تومان آن مربوط اصلاح زیرساخت ها و دو هزار و 800 میلیارد تومان بابت تامین ناوگان می باشد.
وی هدف از اجرای این طرح را افزایش سرعت محور تهران- مشهد به 200 کیلومتر در ساعت، کاهش زمان سیر قطار به شش ساعت، ایجاد ظرفیت جا به جایی مسافر و حمل بار در سال اول به میزان 20 میلیون مسافر و پنج میلیون تن بار و افزایش ظرفیت سنواتی جا به جایی مسافر و حمل بار به میزان ده درصد و ظرفیت نهایی سالانه 50 میلیون مسافر و 11.7 میلیون تن بار می باشد.
شایان ذکر است است در ادامه هاشمی رییس کمیسیون صنعت و معدن و قاضی زاده نماینده مردم مشهد و کلات در مجلس شورای اسلامی نیز به ایراد سخنانی در خصوص اجرای این پروژه پرداختند.
گفتنی است کلنگ آغاز عملیات این پروژه در ایستگاه سنگ بست فریمان توسط وزیر راه و شهرسازی به زمین زده شد.

عدم رعایت اصول فنی در اجرا علت اصلی ریزش ساختمان بهار بود

سازمان نظام مهندسی ساختمان آذربایجان شرقی با صدور اطلاعیه ای اعلام کرد :

طبق بررسی های اولیه انجام گرفته علت اصلی ریزش ساختمان پنج طبقه بتن آرمه در خیابان بهار تبریز، عدم رعایت اصول فنی اجرا و بی توجهی به تعطیلی عملیات ساختمانی و ادامه آن در فصل یخبندان توسط مالک بوده است که به دلیل نبود استحکام و مقاومت لازم در طبقات پایین و به جهت عدم گیرش کامل بتن و ادامه بارگزاری باعث فرو ریختن اسکلت ساختمان که در حال بتن ریزی سقف آخر بوده شده است.
شایان ذکر است این ساختمان کمتر از هفت طبقهو بدون مهندس مجری بوده و سازمان نظام مهندسی ساختمان آذربایجان شرقی هیچ نقشی در کنترل نقشه ها و محاسبات و نظارت عالیه بر اجرای آن نداشته است.

از ایرادات مشهود دیگر در این پروژه کیفیت نامناسب مصالح استفاده شده در ساخت بتن، طرح اختلاط ضعیف بتن، اجرای ناصحیح بتن بطوری که تخلخل زیاد در بتن سفت شده قابل مشاهده است و عدم رعایت زمان قالب برداری و بارگذاری روی بتن با سن کم و در دمای پایین می توان اشاره کرد.

The story revolves around a village called “Wilson Hill”, roughly the years following the Second World War. Stevens is a humdrum but foolhardy accountant who, despite himself, gets sucked into detective work through a young naïve girl’s impulsively formed impression of him as the only trustworthy person to help her solve her aunt’s dark and mind-warpingly hazy death.

The sole lead Lisa Bristol reasons to have built upon is a picture of Stevens she chances on in the headlines, touting him as the hero besmirching and exposing a hardened corrupt boss, which is followed by his dismissal from the company where he was envied for a lengthy tenure, and his incremental compulsion to take the unbidden novel challenge by the horns and let the snaking path of Lady Bristol’s mysterious death take him wherever it might.

We, Mirdavoud Fatemialavi, born in Tabriz, Iran on 17th of September, 1980, and Ramin Ensafi, also born in Tabriz, Iran on 22nd of June, 1981, went to school together throughout all the three phases of primary, guidance and high school traditional in Iran.
It was in high school that, in a spark of inspiration, we moulded the unshakable bond we’d long forged into brainwaves geared to novel-writing. We soon felt the inviting seeds and palpable makings of this area of art and literature within ourselves and were breezily driven to millions of sessions where we thrashed out each other’s ideas for the plots, characterizations and other aspects of the novels we had suddenly loved writing; that is, novels written in Farsi with an English setting and characters, to be converted into English by an able translator.
After university, we had to go into a job we never took a liking to, but force of circumstances kept us stuck in it for years, providing us with ample experience and hands-on skill all the same. We subsequently quit it, to the astonishment of friends and everyone close to us, not to mention their many a stern rebuke and brow-creased admonishment. But an irreversible decision had been made, en route to the realization of a dream cherished by two young men since their early teens. What an iridescently moving dream it was too! It warded off the myriad sloughs of despondency that often gripped us in its deathly jaws, hell-bent on tearing apart our painstakingly gained heart and momentum and gallingly scraped glimmers of brightness, like a charging onslaught of black torrents.
Paying no heed to trials and tribulations and vicissitudes, and driven by a thorough knowledge of our secretly cherished passions and dreams, we started out by a mystery novel, the genre we happened to identify with most and longest. This first novel “A Face Through The Fog”, we tend to wholeheartedly believe, rises above the traditional conventions governing this type of novel, boldly challenging the standard, and at times timeworn, elements of the genre.
Black Glimmer, apart from us, the two authors, has Dr. Yaser Hadidi as its third member and creative translator, not to say its mainstay. The gushing flow of love he beams towards the translation of our works into English is no less moving, tender and mindboggling than that of a mother to a child. He is someone to be proud of, someone a whole country should be proud of, although few have ever truly realized that in Iran. For the best part of six months, we had rooted around for a translator equal to the task, to no avail. Many turned the proposal down, others brushing it off as something patently at the other pole from worthwhile. Many provided trial translations, for whose assessment we had native speaker friends who kindly helped by reading them and providing their intuitive judgments; almost all of these snippets of scandal evoked reactions along the lines of ‘downright preposterous’ or ‘have to be hidden in a cupboard’, or ‘gibberish not English’ and so forth, so ghastly they were. But his! When we stumbled across him in a twist of circumstances through the medium of one of these same native speaker friends, this time an American, the intuitive native speaker judges were simply speechless in disbelief, one of the most knowledgeable ones telling us unreservedly that ‘he’s the Eiffel Tower of your city’, and many similar reactions.
It was by the weird pull of these declarations of amazement and greatness that we found our predestined bond with Dr. Hadidi impossible to be tainted by adversity or time. In the course of our indissoluble teamwork, we have come to realize that what he does to our sentences and paragraphs is nothing short of magic.
A reputable man, held in high regard by the academic community in Iran, he’s left a lasting legacy, a glittering wealth of contributions in that country by training advanced English teachers and students. When he was presented with the hefty task of rendering our works into English, it seemed as if a volcanic explosion erupted within him, unleashing a core of a dazzling array of talents and strokes of brilliance that he’d kept hidden and held back till then. His thoughts on and profound command over the stylistics of modern prose fiction and the operations of such text along multiple dimensions have come to be employed in this realm of passion with an uncommon vengeance. He is indispensible to Black Glimmer.
Equally indispensable is York Publishing Services. They admittedly do justice to what are independent publishers’ fruits of locked-away and concerted efforts and the culmination of their dedicated and strenuous careers. We find ourselves bound to make a point of our thanks to everyone down at YPS who have played an instrumental role in rendering Black Glimmer this feasible.
To begin with, the management there has all along been the most unrivalled we have ever seen, offering unstinting support. Their untiring dedication and their radiance of passion were the only paraphernalia that kept our path in view, in the inroads of callous time and the stormy gloom of oblivion. It is in tribute to their strength of character and their fortress of passion that we resolved to soldier on along the rocky path we’d chosen. We are honoured and graced beyond measure to have been bonded with this vibrant and enervating group of people.
Black Glimmer is set on course to writing many types of other novels as well as crime and mystery. The ultimate pursuit of this white-hot passion is to leave a mark on the horizon of English literature from a country that hasn’t had much to say in the circle of nonnative literary canons. Black Glimmer does not fear gloom and failure and it is not buffeted by winds that can uproot mountains.
